The CSCS designation requires that professionals also have 1,000 hours of experience working with individuals in a fitness or strength and conditioning setting. This experience can be learned through employment or volunteer work or through internships within the industry. The CSCS must then complete a minimum of 1,000 hours of valid professional work within a 3-year period. Once completed, the CSCS will take an exam that tests their knowledge of current scientific research in a fitness or strength and conditioning setting which is very easy to after prepare with our NSCA Dumps. To earn the CSCS certification, applicants must first hold a Personal Trainer Certificate or Sports Fitness Specialist Certificate from the NSCA and then complete the following steps: The CSCS is obtained after successfully completing this process. Exam Requirements

In order to qualify for the NSCA Specialist Certification, individuals must meet the following requirements: Experience Requirements: 2 years of relevant experience in the fitness field is required for certification. One must also have completed at least 600 hours of stable work experience within that 2-year period. The experience can come from employment or volunteer work with a professional organization or through internships or co-op placements with a gym or training facility. Experience can also be obtained by working with individuals at a gym, health club, or personal training center.

Fieldwork Requirements: Applicants must have completed a minimum of 600 hours of stable work experience in their relevant specialization during the 2 years immediately preceding application. The total number of fieldwork hours must be verified by the applicant’s supervisor and include documented evidence of completion. Verification must indicate the date(s) and location(s) where work was done, as well as the type of assignment(s) (i.e. individual or group sessions, club program, etc.).

All applicants are required to take four pre-study assessments. These assessments take approximately an hour to complete. The National Strength and Conditioning Association introduced the Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) designation in 1993. As of 2013, there are more than 1.6 million NSCA-certified personal trainers worldwide. To maintain this designation, trainers must recertify every 3 years by earning continuing education units (CEUs) through seminars, workshops, conferences, and special events or reading a minimum number of professional publications each year. To earn the NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) designation, individuals must first follow a process similar to the CSCS. The key differences are that they must have an undergraduate degree or higher in exercise science, health, kinesiology, or other related field and have 1,500 hours of experience working with individuals in a fitness or strength and conditioning setting. In order to become a high-level professional in the fitness industry, the NSCA-CPT program offers an online certification that can be earned through eLearning which you can prepare with NSCA Dumps.
